Welcome to Key West Hurricane Chili |
|
|
 Cooking the chili.
April 24, 2006 ~ We had a great time at this years Chili cookoff. Despite the torrential downpour it was a fun filled day
and thank you to all who braved the weather and ventured out to ride out the storm with Key West Hurricane Chili. We will have some new pictures up on
this site this week. Plans are still in the works to bring our chili to the masses. One of our options we are considering to make our chili
available year 'round is to have an ordering system set up online right here exclusively from our web site. Also, if you have any restaurants in
mind that may be interested to feature our chili as a menu item please have them contact us via this site. If you are interested in helping us to market our chili and have
any ideas you would like to share please contact us via this site or the forum here. When things get going with ordering there will be a version of it to suit every taste
bud. The category 1 will be mild with lots of flavor, the category 3 will be very tasty with a medium heat, alot like the version we make at the chili
cookoff, whereas the category 5 will be for the chili lovers who desire a lot of heat in their chili. If you have any questions about availability
or anything else chili related please forward your questions to us or post them in the forum and we will respond promptly.
Please take a moment to create an account, you'll be glad you did that way we can keep you up-to-date
with all the latest happenings. You can also submit pictures once registered.

What is Key West Hurricane Chili? |
|
Key West Hurricane Chili is made from the finest all-natural
ingredients. With the perfect blend of seasonings, and a whole lot of TLC, we believe it is the finest chili you can find in or out of the Florida Keys.
The main guy behind Key West Hurricane Chili, Ronnie, a local of RVA since 1987, has created this chili and turned it into the perfect blend of flavor and
texture over the past several years. We enjoy eating this chili as much as anyone and regularly prepare it for dinners and get togethers. We truly hope to be able to
make it available for all to enjoy year 'round. Aside from opening a restaurant, which we hope to do one day possibly with a partner...any takers? it hasn't
been possible to make it available as of yet, but please do take a moment to visit our forum, check out the pictures and feel free to offer suggestions and
comments.
